GPS não avisar radres. (ajuda)

Ola Pessoal: Tenho um GPS foston 7" com IGO 8.3.4.10... e skin gurjon18. ele não avisa os radares por voz nem com reza... já tentei de tudo, troquei o IGO, troquei a skin, fiz milhão de configurações e nada! tive que voltar o IGO original que veio nele pois com o novo que baixei nem liga o GPS. No teste de voz aqui ele fala pelos cotovelos mas quando saio na rua fica mudo! abaixo está a sys e o system dele pra ver se alguem consegue me ajudar. grato
